Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and within 24-48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders placed after 2pm Friday, weekends or public holidays will be shipped the next business day.

Shipping prices are generated automatically from the Australia Post website using the following, weight of goods, destination postcode, registered post or not, express post or not. Pricing may change without notice.


Returns

1. If you wish to cancel your order:

         a. you can notify us by email to sales@eastcoasthobbies.com.au before we have dispatched the goods to you, please include the order number;or
         b. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 2 below.

2. You can return goods you have ordered from us within 7 days of receipt of delivery if the goods are found to be defective. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and must be via registered mail.

3. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.

4. The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 3 will not apply in the following circumstances: -

        a. in the event that the product has been used or modified.
        b. to any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
